Update #1: Where Nockout stands today

Nockout is a GPS tracking nock for arrows and crossbow bolts. This is the first project update, and it covers where things stand today.

What exists now: a 3D-printed concept nock sized to real crossbow bolts. It shows how the pieces fit together. The antenna and radio sit in the nock head, outside the carbon shaft, and the battery and board sit inside the shaft. A green LED lights the nock from inside.

What does not exist yet: working electronics. That is the next step, followed by testing on real arrows and bolts.

We will not publish range, battery life, weight or price until we have tested them. When we have numbers, they will show up here first.

The plan is to launch on Kickstarter. If you want early-bird access on launch day, join the waitlist on the home page.

Your next arrow shouldn’t be your last.
