These terms apply when you use the Nockout website. By using the site, you agree to them.

A product in development

Nockout is in development and is not yet for sale. Product images on this site are concept renders. Descriptions reflect the current design and may change before production. Nothing on this site is a promise of features, performance, price or delivery date.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and does not reserve or purchase a product. It means we will email you about the launch. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Kickstarter

Pledges are made on Kickstarter, not on this site. Kickstarter’s own terms govern pledges and payments.

Safety and hunting regulations

Hunting regulations vary by state and province. Some places restrict electronic devices on arrows or bolts. Check your local regulations before using Nockout in the field. Always inspect arrows, bolts and nocks before shooting. Use only nocks rated for your bow or crossbow.

Using this site

Do not misuse the site: no automated signups, no attempts to disrupt it or access data that is not yours. The Nockout name, logo and site content belong to Nockout and may not be reused without permission, except for the press materials on the press page.

No warranty

This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Nockout is not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on its content.
