Privacy policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

This policy explains what information the Nockout website collects, why, and what you can do about it. Nockout is a product in development. This site exists to share the project and run a launch waitlist.

What we collect and why

  • Waitlist signup. Your email address, and your first name or postal code if you choose to give them. We use this to email you about the Nockout launch. We also keep a record of the consent wording you saw and when you agreed.
  • How you found us. The page you landed on and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example, which ad or post). We use this to understand which marketing works.
  • Referrals. If you join through a friend’s link, we record that their link was used. Your friend sees a count, never your name or email.
  • Abuse prevention. A scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address that changes daily. We use it only to limit spam and repeated submissions. It is removed after 30 days.
  • Contact form. Your name, email and message, so we can answer you.
  • Site activity. Anonymous counts of events such as a button click or a form view. These contain no personal information.

How long we keep it

  • Waitlist details: until you unsubscribe plus 30 days, or until you ask us to delete them.
  • Contact messages: up to 2 years after the conversation is closed.
  • Anonymous site activity: 13 months.

Who handles your information

We do not sell your information. A small number of service providers process it for us: our website host, our email delivery service, and Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps block automated spam on our forms. They may only use it to provide their service to us.

Your choices

  • Every waitlist email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and it takes effect right away.
  • You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@nockouttracker.com or through the contact page.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
